Terms of Service

These terms apply when you hire Webi for web design work. They're written in plain English on purpose.

Scope & packages

Each package (Starter, Pro, Premium) includes the features listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Anything beyond the listed scope — extra pages, integrations, ongoing maintenance — is quoted separately before work begins.

Payment

Starter projects are paid upfront. Pro and Premium projects are split 50% to start and 50% on delivery. We accept major cards, PayPal, Cash App, and Venmo. Work begins once the initial payment is received.

Revisions

Starter includes 2 rounds of revisions. Pro and Premium include unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope. Revisions cover refinements to the delivered work — a change in project direction or scope is a new quote.

Delivery & timelines

Typical delivery is 1–2 days (Starter), 2–4 days (Pro), and 3–5 days (Premium), counted from when we have your content and initial payment. If a timeline needs to shift, we'll tell you before it does.

Ownership

Once your project is delivered and paid in full, you own the website — code, design, domain, all of it. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Content

You're responsible for having the rights to any text, images, and logos you give us to use. If we write copy or source imagery for you, it's yours on delivery.

Hosting & third parties

We can help you set up hosting (e.g., GitHub Pages or Netlify), but those services are governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for outages or changes on third-party platforms.

Liability

We build careful, tested work, but websites are provided "as is." Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
